in relation to the oil sector in Kuwait and the entities responsible
for oil related activities are as follows:
- The Constitution of the State of Kuwait (Law
No. 1 for the year 1962).
- The Council of Ministers.
- The High Petroleum Commission.
- The Ministry of Oil.
- The Kuwait Petroleum Corporation ("KPC")
and its wholly owned subsidiaries (KOC, KNPC, PIC, KOTC).
