Sameer Goel

Sameer Goel earned his Master of Laws (LL.M), cum laude, in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham School of Law, New York in 2012 and Bachelor of Legal Science, Bachelor of Laws (B.L.S LL.B.) from Government Law College, Mumbai, India in 2009, and is a member of Bar Council of India. He is also a member of the American Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Sameer worked for Yuson & Irvine LLC, New York, for a year, and prior to that has been associated with one of the leading outsourcing firms - Pangea3, a Division of Thomson Reuters Legal at Thomson Reuters, Delhi & Mumbai, India for a couple of years. He currently practices general corporate and commercial laws, capital markets, M&A’s, banking and finance, oil and gas and agencies. Anju Menon earned her Bachelor of Socio-Legal Sciences and Bachelor of Laws (B.S.L. LL.B.) from I.L.S.
