Anju Menon

Anju Menon earned her Bachelor of Socio-Legal Sciences and Bachelor of Laws (B.S.L. LL.B.) from I.L.S. Law College, University of Pune, India in 2012 and is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, India. She holds a Diploma in Business Law, Cyber Law and Intellectual Property Law from Asian School of Cyber Laws. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, she has worked as an Associate with the corporate team of Fox Mandal & Associates for about a year and half with specific focus on renewable energy, mergers and acquisition, company law procedures and foreign investment. She has also pursued an MBA in HR from Sikkim Manipal University, India. She currently practices general corporate and commercial laws, labor laws, M&A's and corporate transactions. She is fluent in English, Malayalam and Hindi.

Chetan Sharma

Chetan Sharma earned his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws Honors (B.A., LL.B. (H)) from Amity Law School, Delhi, India in 2014. He is a member of the Bar Council of India and Bar Council of Delhi. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Chetan worked for Law Legion Brothers, New Delhi, India and prior to that with Chitale & Chitale Partners, New Delhi, India. During his time in India, Chetan was an active litigator and appeared before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Arbitral Tribunals and various other platforms representing government and regulated commercial clients. He currently practices general corporate and commercial laws, dispute resolution, M&A’s and banking and finance. He is fluent in English and Hindi.

Over 20 years experience dealing with governments and international organizations and in international arbitration/dispute resolution before the ICC, LCIA and ad hoc tribunals involving the laws of the United States, England, France, China and Kuwait on behalf of governments and corporations as well as negotiating joint venture agreements and oil transactions involving Middle Eastern entities.
