Sherif El-Sebaey Shehata

Sherif El-Sebaey Shehata earned his Law Degree (LL.B.) from Mansoura University, in 1986, and is admitted to the Bar in Egypt 1988. He is registered as a lawyer with the Egyptian Court of Cassation and the Supreme Administrative Court. He is also a member of Lawyer’s Union of Egypt. Prior to joining the firm in June 1989, he practiced law in Egypt. He practices civil, corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, trademarks and patents, labour law and litigation. His practice languages are Arabic and English.

Fahed Komeikh Al-Ajmy

Fahed Komeikh Al-Ajmy earned his Law Degree (LL.B.) from Ain Shams University, Egypt, in 1997. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, he practiced law independently before all courts in Kuwait including the Court of Cassation and the Supreme Constitutional Court. He practices general civil, corporate and criminal law. He is fluent in Arabic.

Majdy Ahmad Ali Al Kholy

Majdy Ahmad Ali Al Kholy earned his Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B.) from Mansoura University in 1979, and is admitted to Egypt Bar in 1980. In 2002, he enrolled himself in Court of Cassation of Egypt. He is a member for various institutions such as International Arbitration Center, Faculty of Law, Ain Shims University, Cairo, and Arab Lawyers Union, 2000. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, he practiced independently. He practices civil law, commercial code, penal code and contracts. He is fluent in Arabic.

Hussein Mohammed Hassan Ahmed

Hussein Mohammed Hassan Ahmed earned his Law Degree (LL.B.) from Asuit University, Egypt, and is a member of Egyptian Bar of Lawyers since 1992. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, he worked with Legal Profession in Egypt. He practices general, civil, commercial and litigation, labour law, incorporation and formulating company’s contracts, company law and investment foreign law. His practice languages are Arabic and English.

 

Mezar Assad Al Jarbaa

Mezar Assad Al Jarbaa earned his Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B.) from Beirut University, Lebanon in 2000. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, he worked as a lawyer for Public Authority for Youth and Sports. He practices criminal law, civil law and commercial international law. He is fluent in Arabic.

Muneera Mohammad Al Yaseen

Muneera Mohammad Al Yaseen earned her Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B.) from Kuwait University in 2006. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, she was a Member of the Kuwaiti Bar Association. She attended a training course on electronic crimes and on Kuwait Labour Law at Kuwait Bar Association. She practices general corporate and commercial law, labour law, civil law and litigation. She is fluent in Arabic.

Osama Fayez Lotfi Al-Sabaie

Osama Fayez Lotfi Al-Sabaie earned his Law Degree (LL.B.) from Mansoura University (English Section), in 2009, and is admitted to the Bar in Egypt. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, he attended a training course in International Arbitration at Egypt International Arbitration Chamber. He practices civil law, commercial law, corporate law, trademarks and labour law. He is fluent in Arabic and English.

Anju Menon

Anju Menon earned her Bachelor of Socio-Legal Sciences and Bachelor of Laws (B.S.L. LL.B.) from I.L.S. Law College, University of Pune, India in 2012 and is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, India. She holds a Diploma in Business Laws, Cyber Laws and Intellectual Property Laws from Asian School of Cyber Laws. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, she has worked as an Associate with the corporate team of Fox Mandal & Associates for more than a year. She has also pursued an MBA in HR from Sikkim Manipal University, India - Distance Education, 2012. She currently practices general corporate and commercial laws, labor laws, M&A's and corporate transactions. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
