Sherif El-Sebaey Shehata

Sherif El-Sebaey Shehata earned his Law Degree (LL.B.) from Mansoura University, in 1986, and is admitted to the Bar in Egypt 1988. He is registered as a lawyer with the Egyptian Court of Cassation and the Supreme Administrative Court. He is also a member of Lawyer’s Union of Egypt. Prior to joining the firm in June 1989, he practiced law in Egypt. He practices civil, corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, trademarks and patents, labour law and litigation. His practice languages are Arabic and English.

Waleed Abdullah Al-Ayoub

Waleed Abdullah Al-Ayoub earned his Bachelor in Law Degree (LL.B.) from Cairo University, Faculty of Law. He is currently pursuing an LL.M. in International Business Law held at Center for International Legal Studies in Salzburg, Austria. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, he worked as Legal Manager with a financial investment company. He is a founder and chairman of Raja Company W.L.L. He currently practices civil and commercial law, corporate transactions and litigation. He is fluent in Arabic and English.

Hussein Mohammed Hassan Ahmed

Hussein Mohammed Hassan Ahmed earned his Law Degree (LL.B.) from Asuit University, Egypt, and is a member of Egyptian Bar of Lawyers since 1992. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, he worked with Legal Profession in Egypt. He practices general, civil, commercial and litigation, labour law, incorporation and formulating company’s contracts, company law and investment foreign law. His practice languages are Arabic and English.

Ahmed Hamdoun Ramadan Mohamed

Ahmed Hamdoun Ramadan Mohamed joined the firm in 2003 and earned his Law Degree (LL.B.) from Cairo University in 2014. He practices civil, commercial and labour litigation and renders legal advice to local and foreign clients on various issues, such as trade and investment in the State of Kuwait. He is fluent in Arabic.

Muneera Mohammad Al Yaseen

Muneera Mohammad Al Yaseen earned her Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from Kuwait University in 2006. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, she was a member of the Kuwaiti Bar Association. She attended the training course in Electronic crimes and on Kuwait Labour Law at Kuwait Bar Association. She practices general corporate and commercial Law, Labour Law, Civil Law and litigation. She is fluent in Arabic.

Sulaiman Ayed Alenezi

Sulaiman Ayed Alenezi Graduated from Cairo University, under Bachelor of Law. Earned his Master’s Diploma in Public Law at Alexandria University. He is a registered Lawyer and Arbitrator in the Kuwaiti Bar Association since 2019, and the degree of registration was appellate and registered as arbitrator in the year 2021. He has practiced legal profession in legal consulting offices of Mr. Ali Al-Ayyaf and Fawzia Al-Sabah. He has more than six years work experience in Kuwaiti Courts. He joined our firm in 2024.He is fluent in Arabic.

Hussein Sebak Mahmoud Mohamed

Hussein Sebak Mahmoud Mohamed obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Assiut University in 2011. He is registered as a Lawyer in Bar Association of Arabic republic of Egypt in 2013. He practiced legal profession in Egypt. He has extensive experience in civil, commercial and labor lawsuits and providing various legal consultations. He joined our firm in 2015. He is fluent in Arabic.
